Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept gift cards for return.
To begin the return process, please either contact us either by phone (925) 322-8700, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer care associates will issue you an RMA number.
All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase as well as an RMA number and are processed within 1 business day.
Once your item is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you notifying you of either the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. However, if a refund is approved but you do not see a credit on your next credit card billing cycle, please contact us either via email at email@example.com, and be sure to include the order #. Or call us at (925) 322-8700.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your won shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
